Excelente aporte. Es importante el desarrollo de las competencias investigativas desde el inicio de la formación de los estudiantes universitarios y es una tarea pendiente en muchas universidades.
Excelente presentacion y propuesta. Siempre he pensado que la formacion en investigacion debe ser impartida desde muy temprano en carrera universitaria. Las escuelas son lugares donde se produce tanta informacion que es susceptible a ofrecer una casi inagotable cantidad de data que puede ser utilizada para la mejora del hecho educativo mismo, que se hace imposible no aprovechar profundizar en esta tematica. El amalgamiento de la docencia y la investigacion debe darse como parte integral y de base de cualquier individuo que se inicia en la ensenanza-aprendizaje.
La formación del docente en competencias investigativas debe ser un componente fundamental de la formación, y, por lo tanto, debe integrase de modo transversal en la malla curricular, de modo que se garanticen experiencias que integren la teoría y la práctica de investigación de la realidad educativa para mejorarla y transformarla. Es importante desarrollar las competencias investigativas desde el inicio de la fomación docente, y debería formar parte de la malla curricular con considerable carga horaria, y que no solo quede en la parte teórica sino poner en práctica lo aprendido. Asi, cuando se inserten en el ámbito laboral tengan las bases para poder investigar, diagnosticar las necesidades y encaminar los campos de acción a la mejora educativa.

Muchas gracias, Raquel, esa es la idea. Nos parece además que los contextos duales de formación que combinan la formación más académica con la formación práctica en contextos reales es la que mejor se ajusta. De esta manera la investigación puede contextualizarse y vincularse a la práctica real.

Es una excelente iniciativa, el tema es de considerable relevancia en la formación de profesores. Muchas veces se olvida este componente investigativo que es un pilar fundamental en el quehacer profesional.
Es muy significativo pensarnos desde ya para que los futuros docentes tengan desarrollado la competencia investigativa por dos razones. Primero que todo hoy por hoy esta competencia es una necesidad del sector educativo al momento de insertar laboralmente licenciados, de no tener la competencia con resultados tangibles de este proceso es muy difícil acceder a oportunidades laborales y más en niveles académicos altos como lo son las Universidades y por otro lado el licenciado que sea formado oportunamente en esta competencia, al momento de su practica profesional empezara a detectar necesidades de la población para asi implementar estudios investigativos que como se menciona en este experiencia, pueda llevar al éxito profesional desde su esencia.
